I started this blog to document my fitness journey back in 2014, but working as a corporate social media manager took over my time and both my fitness and blog started to slip. After experiencing several bouts of burnout and battling with the demands of adulting, I began to realise that a lot of fitness ‘hype’ out there is not actually healthy.
What I and so many others like me are actually craving more than anything is ‘holistic health’, addressing the needs of our mental and emotional health as much as the physical.
This blog is still very much a journey as I strive to live my best and most authentic life. You can expect posts on self care, goals and habits, working to live (vs living to work), health and fitness and plant based recipes. I hope you will enjoy this blog as much as I enjoy creating it.
